About Me
Solving IT Problems So Businesses Can Focus on Growth
I am Abraham Awoleye, an IT Support and Service Operations Engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria. Over the past three years I have supported enterprise Windows and Microsoft Azure environments, managed IT operations for a commercial law firm, and built automation systems that remove repetitive manual work for growing businesses.
I care about prevention as much as repair. Every incident I handle ends with a documented root cause and a safeguard, so the same problem does not come back. That approach has helped me cut incident resolution time by 50%, reduce a firm’s security vulnerability surface by 80% and bring data recovery exposure down to under 15 minutes.
I Build Systems That Work, Not Just Fixes That Last a Week
My work sits where IT support, cloud administration and automation meet. I handle day to day support, secure and maintain Azure, AWS and Windows Server environments, and design no-code workflows with Zapier, Make.com and n8n that connect tools like Monday.com, Zoho and Google Workspace.
I have supported users across three continents and deployed VPN, remote desktop and cloud collaboration tools for teams spread across branch offices. Wherever your team works, I make sure the technology behind it stays reliable.
IT Support, Cloud & Automation Specialist
I hold certifications in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Google IT Support, AWS Cloud Computing and IBM’s Introduction to DevOps. My core strengths are incident management, IT security, cloud administration and process automation, all delivered with clear documentation and SLA-driven support.
